Moooooove On Over To The Back 40
Moove on over to the back 40, so what does that really mean? Have you ever thought about just getting out and seeing the softer side of life?
Or is it really the softer side of life. Well that all depends on what your own thoughts are.
I am a full time Real Estate broker, have my own office in Whitesboro Texas. So what do I do after work which normally means getting to the office around 8 to 830 and heading home around 930pm. My husband gives me a buzz and says almost every day well I take that back everyday. How much longer will you be at the office? My response it well just a few more minutes and I will be in the car headed home.
Ok he says I will pick you up and the house. You may be saying hmm pick you up at the house... yes that is right he will pick me up at the house. I usually beat him home by about 5 minutes or so as he has this timed out to a TTTT
Which allows me to time to get changed into my outside in the back 40 clothes. Which is an old pair of jeans and muddy boots.
Yep that is correct I hop on in the old one ton dually truck he is driving all day long in the mooove on over back 40.
You see he is a full time rancher he takes care of our cattle all day long. Yes that is right all day long and into the night.
This is really a fun time for the most part, we talk about my day and how his has gone as well. It is just the two of us way off in the back 40. It is the life that some might say no thank you to. But for me it is the life that gives me free time with my husband that allows us to get several things done at once. We are alone together with no one else around under the stars of the Great Lone Star State. The beauty that surrounds us is amazing to say the least.
This is what I do after work. This is who I am behind the curtain of life outside of Real Estate.
